ABOUT THE ARTWORK
30 stripes of painted canvas are over the streched canvas. Each stripe is shifted so in the central column, colors with similar light value meet. This color interaction shows a greyish area for most people. The tittle reminds my times as a gardener pruning bougainvilleas day after day in the cemetery.

I was born in 1978 in Valencia, Spain. Colour and Geometry are the main items in my paintings. I move from precission to expression depending on times, but both are always present on my canvas. Besides painting, I work as an Art teacher in Secondary Education and in the Master Degree in Teacher Training.
