Fernando Rossia is a visual artist and professional painter whose career is defined by the intersection of fine arts, sequential storytelling, and world-building. Educated at the University of Fine Arts in Rosario, Argentina, his artistic vision was shaped by his work in film and television art departments, as well as his role as a multifaceted creator. A versatile storyteller, Rossia has published over 20 children’s books and is the co-author of the television series "Ciro Todorov" in Argentina, a project that showcases his ability to bring complex characters and narratives to life. His visual language is deeply influenced by a strong connection to world-renowned comic book artists, creating a solid link between his work and the Lowbrow movement, infusing his painting with a unique narrative structure and graphic power. Since 1995, after refining his practice through analytical studies with Argentine masters, his work has been exhibited in galleries and exhibitions across Argentina, Spain, France, Italy, Switzerland, Colombia, and the USA, and is held in prominent private and permanent collections. Today, Rossia balances his studio practice with teaching art and animation workshops, inspiring new generations through a vision where classical technique and Lowbrow aesthetics converge.
