Lake Erie Sunny Shores Painting

A rare treasure amongst the waves. This describes the beach glass that I gather from the shores of Lake Erie that I incorporate into all of my artwork. Each piece is so unique with such a rich history behind it that I wanted to share my love with the world through my talent of acrylic painting on canvas. I am a completely self-taught artist that draws inspiration from my family and surroundings. I create landscapes and metaphorical dramatic abstract with a deep meaning behind each. The deep meaning conveyed is something that has happened in my life that others could also relate to specific to each painting. Usually, I will start off with a barebones sketch with paper and pencil then really get into it and taken away as I move along painting. Nearing the ending of each painting I stop and visit mother nature to refresh my mind of how beautiful the world is.
