ABOUT THE ARTWORK
A vicar rushes to the church through the pretty British countryside on his old bike. His trusty dog accompanies him and sits proudly at the front of the bike in the basket. 'Late again', started as a doodle in my sketchbook one rainy afternoon. I liked the vicar's face so much...and his cute Bassett hound, that I decided to upgrade them to a finished piece. Acrylic on deep edged box canvas. Signed on the front and varnished for protection.
