This work is inspired by ancient female portraits that refer to an aesthetic that interests me in particular, addressing mystical and symbolic contexts about women of power that have been inspiring me for a few years now. Within my work, the use of the portrait as a discursive resource has been important to take it to different points of exploration where my lines are wrapped with each integrated element.
Piece made on a pine wood support, particularly this work I developed with the old photographic technique called Cyanotype, working with photosensitive emulsion with different characteristics, appropriating pictorial techniques has resulted in this type of image. The piece is ready to be framed to your personal taste to fit the space that you decide to place it.

I am a plastic artist from Mexico. My work is always an introspection towards what has marked me since childhood, the latent memory of living in a city of overwhelming nature (Cuernavaca), with direct contact with natural beings, friends and accomplices of encounters within a same habitat, where the messages are palpated from a reality parallel. All these connections developed in my house in the childhood located right on the side of a ravine, which gave me the encounter and the language have always been in this relationship man-nature. Drawing is the medium in which I can extend each of the codes on paper and alternative substrates; the paper has been one of the most important materials, developing my work to through various techniques such as the use of ink, dyes Natural, Graphite, Watercolor, Acrylic, Etched, Encaustic and Paper Cut. Currently my work is in a constant evolution rooted in certain inclinations towards my natural environment, metaphysical, the occult and my wild state, which it is plagued with the organic and imaginary context of my beings.
