This artwork is the latest in this series, a clash of monochrome straight lines against vibrant colourful ones. The monochrome lines have a sharpstraight left and right edge and within this space fluid black and white colours are applied , these two colours sometimes mix together or repel each other producing pure black or white areas as well as grey tones and also producing a 'marbling effect' all within the same straigt line ,the vibrant lines are made of pure colour, all the lines are created by building layers upon layers sometimes overlapping until the desired effect is achieved. The monochrome lines also continues on the left and right edges and the top and bottom are painted in deep black. Signed on the back and ready to hang. Coated with protective varnish.

Stefan Fierros grew up in Madrid,Spain.His parents,architect and classical dancer/artist left a strong artistic influence since childhood. He has lived around the world in Spain,Mexico,Paris and England. This has created a very mixed cultural background which has influenced his work. Working in Painting & Drawing his work is mainly Abstract but also often uses the subject of landscape and nature. His main interest is in 'the nature of the spiritual' and different 'states of being' he experiences in nature etc. He studied art at the Institute of Fine Art & Design in Southampton.England. His work can be found in private collections in the UK and abroad.
