This is a dreamy meditation on my visit to Monet's Garden in Giverny. An unforgettable memory imprinted in my mind needed to come out and rest on canvas - and though there were a lot of visitors in the garden, I found a spot where it was just me and Mr. Monet conversing. A lot of layers speak with each other in this artwork, subtle shades of colour create melodies, tunes of summer. Some gold and silver metallic, as well as metallic neon paints discriminately used in this work. Sides painted white. Ready to hang.
