JP Calabro grew up in Bordentown New Jersey. After finishing college, he has been successfully exhibiting his work across the Philadelphia regional area. Recently he has been a featured artist at the Chestnut Hill Gallery, Freemans Mainline Gallery, the FMC Tower and the Plastic Club Gallery. His work has been featured for juried exhibitions like Crosscurrents at PAFA and the Delaware County Community College 215/610 Exhibition for Emerging Regional Artists. In his spare time he curates and organizes pop up shows in Philadelphia for local artists looking to show their work. Currently he is living and working in Philadelphia to establish and invest in a stronger network of contemporary fine arts in the beautiful city of Philadelphia.
