Lovers' farewell Painting

Detachments The painting represents the last night together of two lovers, well aware that it would have been a farewell, is lived with extreme passion. The detachment is represented visually through the use of two techniques. On the right-hand side, painted with oil on board, there she is, right now, looking like almost detached from that memory. It is realistic and materialistic exactly because she lives in the present. On the left-hand side, there is already the memory of what has been, portrayed by engraving on aluminum to underline the temporal difference between the two moments. Of this last one, there remains only the memory that can maybe appear almost more alive and determining of its precious charge of brilliance that continuously change based on the light hitting the surface. Intrinsic characteristic of this very particular technique. Il quadro rappresenta l'ultima notte insieme di due amanti, ben consapevoli che quello sarebbe stato un addio, viene vissuto con estrema passione. Il distacco viene rappresentato dal punto di vista visivo attraverso l'utilzzo di due tecniche. Sulle destra, dipinto ad olio su tavola, c'è lei, ora, che sembra staccarsi quasi da quel ricordo. E' materico e realistico proprio perchè vive nel presente. Sulla sinistra c'è già il ricordo di ciò che è stato, raffigurato tramite un'incisione su alluminio per sottolineare la differenza dei due momenti temporali. Di quest'ultimo rimane solo la memoria che però appare quasi più viva e determinante nel suo prezioso carico di bagliori che cambiano continauamente a seconda di come la luce colpisce la superficie. Caratteristica intrinseca di questa perticolarissima tecnica.
