Ksenia Sulaeva was born in 1995 in Ukraine in the small town of Rubizhne in the East. In early childhood, Ksenia showed her first artistic skills and was influenced by the aesthetic worldview of her artist father. For 8 years she attended an art school in her hometown and dreamed of becoming a real artist. In 2011, she began studying easel painting at the College of Lugansk National Academy of Culture and Arts, but was forced to complete her education in another city in central Ukraine due to the 2014 war in Ukraine. In 2015, Ksenia Sulaeva begins to study monumental painting at the National Academy of Arts in Lviv and this period is a especial moment in her work and the search for her own style. After 4 years, she radically changes her location and moves to the capital of Estonia, Tallinn, to work as an artist and volunteer at the Ukrainian Cultural Center in the Old Town. If you are in Tallinn, be sure to visit this magical place. There she continues to improve her artistic skills and create paintings, makes her solo exhibitions, studies calligraphy and takes part in various contemporary projects. Ksenia's artworks is bright and its main goal is to saturate the viewer with a wide variety of emotions, but allow him to see in each picture what is close and accessible to him. Most often, the main objects of the paintings are young women or men, elements of their bodies and flowers ... . The rich nature of Estonia inspired the artist to create some of her paintings. She is also inspired by the incredible green paintings of the Estonian artist Malle Leis and the art of Frida Kahlo. Artworks by Ksenia Sulaeva are kept in private collections in Ukraine, Poland, Estonia, Spain and the USA.
