Man smoking a cigar.

I sit at a clean canvas, my imagination, oils, brushes, knife and fingers ready to start work, I have an idea, I start to paint, my head is telling my hands what to do, but sometimes my head changes so I delete and start again and so it goes until I’m happy with my work, then sometimes I use a palette knife to cover the whole canvas in random strokes and I see something like a photo an image and follow my feelings.

I get a lot of my inspiration from three artist; Claude Monet with his use of colour, his expressiveness, detail and the softness of his beautiful paintings, Vincent van Gogh with his bold use of colour his expressiveness, and I like to think I’m a little impulsive like him, and Lowry unbelievable he produced the work he did just using five colours.

My art tells stories, not always happy and joyful, not always bright and full of light, but always full of my feelings, vivid, interesting and thought-provoking. I always try to put something of myself in my paintings; in the form, the colours, the brush stokes, my feelings, my joy, sometimes my darkness but I hope mostly joy

Artist to Royalty While Ta may not reside in the bustling art capitals of London, Paris, Rome, or New York, her creations have reached far and wide, captivating audiences across 71 countries, including Kazakhstan, Bangladesh, and a Royal Palace. Ta was ecstatic to receive a link to a captivating article by Tony Walne in *The Daily Mail on Sunday*, a prestigious UK publication. Titled "How to Spot the Next Banksy or Hockney," the piece celebrated Ta alongside these legendary icons of the art world, marking a significant moment in her artistic journey. Recently, Ta achieved a monumental milestone by receiving a prestigious commission to create two striking paintings for The Cliff Restaurant in Samui, widely regarded as one of Thailand's premier dining establishments. This honour was not only a testament to her talent but also a testament to her perseverance, especially given the restaurant owner's exacting standards.
