Lezer Manole was born in Odessa. His work today depicts his memories of the Jewish community with humor and love. In this manner he deals also with the lives of immigrants in Israel and worldwide, trying to make a home for themselves in a new land. Some of his work portrays longing for the bible stories. He has become a member of Ein Hood Artists' Village during 1990 and has been living and creating in the village ever since. Manole has a studio -gallery in Ein Hod which exhibits artists from the village and is a deputy director of Ein Hod central Art Gallery. 1945 Born in Odessa, U.S. S. R. 1964-69-Studies at the Art Academy in Odessa. 1970-73-Lived & worked as a monumental-Artist in Baku. 1973-90-Worked as an artist of vitrages in Odessa. 1990- Living and working in the artist village of Ein-Hod Israel.
