The sad myth of Medusa Gorgon inspired me to write my version.Remember one of their interpretations of the nickname Medus? The keeper. So, destroying the hated Gorgon, Athena placed the image of her head in the center of her shield-gorgonion (they say it was not an image, but the head itself). Zeus and Apollo wanted the same picture for their auspices (cloaks). And not at all to boast of their victories. The face of Medusa with snakes instead of hair clearly had the protective functions of a talisman. The amulet of such power that even the gods did not miss the opportunity to use it.

The more I paint, the more my eyes are looking for beautiful colors, compositions, shapes of objects,аnd this is no coincidence, since both the human body and everything that is on our planet and the planet itself strive for the golden ratio, as the ideal of beautiful harmony. Many pictures of our time and the past cause feelings of sadness, dipression and even horror, but the world is so beautiful and so unique there is so much Beauty in it that it is difficult to imagine! Perhaps for someone, art serves to convey pain or suffering, but I use it for only one purpose, I want to convey my insane sense of admiration for the beauty and energy that is around us. I let all this beauty pass through my heart and as a result my works appear, I really like what I do and I am happy to share it with the world.
