This work is the result of a transformation, a silent rebirth from a previous painting that I was not satisfied with. Andrea Marazzi was born in Parma and developed a deep connection with art, painting, and drawing from an early age. After earning a degree in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano, he refined his creative vision by collaborating with renowned international studios, including those of Massimiliano Fuksas in Rome and Renzo Piano in Genoa. However, his need for expressive freedom led him beyond architecture, pushing him to embark on an independent artistic path. In tattooing, he found his medium of choice, combining technique and sensitivity to transform the body into a living canvas, shaping stories and identities through ink. At the same time, he continues a broader artistic exploration, investigating the relationship between sign, matter, and memory. His works, characterized by an intense and conceptual visual language, have been exhibited in solo and group shows across Italy, affirming his ever-evolving artistic vision. He currently works between Parma, Milan, and Rome, balancing his tattooing practice with his artistic research and exhibitions.
