Stella Arden works predominantly in acrylic with mixed media and uses very different organic techniques to apply the paint to the canvas, which gives them a fluid feel and causes a very natural yet dynamic impact. Her work is a unique and distinctive offering that is winning acclaim and commissions from the UK and overseas. Working from her London studio, Stella has been painting for some years. As self taught artist, she painted by instinct rather than by the rulebook from the start. Stella was born in the early 1970´s and grew up nearby Hanover in Germany. After completing her studies in Heidelberg she worked many years as a lecturer and as CEO with a Management Consulting Company. She followed the steps of commercial success up to the point she decided to leave the normal route, move to a complete different life in England, where she met up with her beloved husband and settled down with him to see the world from a quieter and more intensive perspective. This is where Stella found her true passion, moving her focus more inside and to acrylic arts and painting. Painted just for her own satisfaction last year Stella decided to open her gallery to the public, started working with UK galleries and on commission base for clients. Atmospheric, stylish and captivating, her abstracts win over more and more art lovers and are collected by both private and corporate clients.
