Joe Goodwin is an abstract painter who works with acrylic paints that he mixes from dry pigment. They are then layered and sanded to create ephemeral atmospheric images that allude to various natural phenomena. He currently lives and works in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts. Solo exhibitions include New York, Aspen, Tokyo, Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, Santa Fe, Lenox and others. Goodwins work is included in many corporate and private collections in the USA and abroad.
