This work was inspired by the 90th anniversary of the world famous Mickey Mouse.

Mickey Mouse is a cartoon character created in 1928 at Walt Disney Animation Studios who serves as the mascot of Disney. An anthropomorphic mouse who typically wears red shorts, large yellow shoes, and white gloves, Mickey is one of the world's most recognizable fictional characters.

Mickey first appeared in the short Plane Crazy, debuting publicly in the short film Steamboat Willie (1928), one of the first sound cartoons. He went on to appear in over 130 films, including The Band Concert (1935), Brave Little Tailor (1938), and Fantasia (1940). Mickey appeared primarily in short films, but also occasionally in feature-length films. Ten of Mickey's cartoons were nominated for the Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film, one of which, Lend a Paw, won the award in 1942. In 1978, Mickey became the first cartoon character to have a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and was included alongside Donald Duck in TV Guide's list of the 50 greatest cartoon characters of all time in 2002.

I am a professional artist. I was born in Ukraine in a small picturesque southern town on the Black Sea. In my school education I specialized in the painting arts in 5 years. At the Art University I studied designer and art painting. After 5 years of training, I received my diploma with distinction. In the following years I worked successfully in graphics, gouache, oil, acrylic, aquareel painting, pearl embroidery, resin art (landscape, still life, architectural pictures, portraits, abstract pictures). All my life is creativity - I cannot live without this of any day. Even in dream I draw the new pictures, I think out a new reality. It is difficult for me to prefer what either style or a direction. That is difficult to stop on what genre. I can draw, paint or project, but from all I receive pleasure because that I do all, I do with all the heart. I draw my inspiration from music. The artists who influenced my work are Gustav Klimt, Paul Gauguin, Vincent van Gogh.
