About The Artwork
This piece was created when a sudden spark of creativity hit (at midnight) and the artist was ready to unleash her thoughts to create a base layer of this painting in the dark (as there was a power outage in her part of the world at time)…Relying on instinct and the image she had envisioned the artist opted for a natural flow using sponge and brush techniques creating highlights along with a smooth blended base tone. Later (once the power was restored) the artist accentuated her vision with detail and fine tuned the shades she most adored from spring..It is a transitional piece from literally darkness to light.
