Miniature from the series of works "Portraits of dogs in miniature". Made on canvas with oil paints of the professional series "Master class" from the factory "Nevskaya palitra". Framed in Italian plastic. Behind a special device (hanger) for hanging on the wall. Single and original author's painting. Did you know that...? The Greyhound is an English greyhound. A breed with an ancient history, bred in Europe. Initially, these dogs were used for hunting - for baiting, as they are capable of developing high speed. Nowadays, Greyhounds are more often kept as companions or athletes. They are smart, obedient, calm and good-natured. This is a beautiful, graceful dog with long legs and a narrow, elongated muzzle.English greyhounds or greyhounds are the fastest dogs. They are hunting animals and can easily catch up with a hare, roe deer or deer. They are capable of reaching speeds of up to 67 km/h, but are not durable - they cannot run for long. The name "grey hound" translates as "gray hound". Although some researchers associate the origin of this word with the Old English “greyhound” - “greyhound cricket”. This is due to the fact that these dogs are able to jump high and far.

I was born in the capital of a small Baltic country in a family of artists 51 years ago. I've been drawing since I was a child, as long as I can remember. I was friends with a neighbor boy whose parents were also artists. That's why he and I grew up in a creative environment. Perhaps such an environment (poets, artists, musicians, artists) influenced my development. I drew always and everywhere, and often automatically (unconsciously) . At the age of 17, after graduating from high school, I, as is typical of young people, was a terrible maximalist. It seemed to me that I already know everything and know how to do everything. My parents wanted me to continue my studies at the Art Academy.
