ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Miriam is a 24-year old Australian disability support worker. She is tall, lean, and full of energy. Miriam comes to my house to help me with daily living, as I have Multiple Sclerosis. During the COVID-19 lockdown, Miriam continued to work and visit my house and was incredibly helpful. This painting was hung in the Semi-Finalists exhibition for the "Newcastle Club Foundation Prize 2022" at NAS (Newcastle Art Space) see picture.
