Another in my series of shaped paintings inspired by the works of Kenneth Noland and Darryl Hughto among others. The painting is heavily textured through the use of heavy acrylic gel. A touch of metallic paint adds a glimmer to the painting.

During the early 1980's I did outdoor art festivals mostly on weekends while I served in the military. In 1985 I opened a regional art gallery near Syracuse, NY. We enjoyed a 26 year run, closing in 2011. I currently maintain studios in Sanford, Florida and Bernhards Bay, New York.
