Dimensions are the Frame size. Comes with white passepartout. This work was made for an exhibition in a church in Malmö. The Exhibition: "Phoenix - Myth and Reality" was exhibited during Easter. Paper was chosen to work with since the whole theme is about change and transformation. Paper are more fragile then canvas and the tempera with using plenty of water reacts fantastic to paper. You don´t have or get that with tempera and canvas. Colours where chosen after I have been visiting the church during daytime and noticed the amazing light which poured through a beautiful ornamented church window. I also made the choice to stop the painting process just so the thin and faded background colours could come through in a different way and light. So most of the paintings in this theme and serie is actually stopped almost half through the painting process. It suited better to the theme and colours. Then I have a few paintings that is more powerful in colour and expression. All in all it made sense and came really really good through. "A world's vision and of the things, emotional, luminous, positive, vibrant of deep, profound, authentic, genuine sentiments!!! His heart vibrates of the poetic accents of rare intensity and the moment of the inspiration is always intensively lived. In his painting we can notice, observe sentiments, feelings, intuitions, interesting solutions of signs and colours and expressed imaginations with stupendous chromatic inventions. His extreme sensibility, the delicacy of his sentiments, the lyric inspiration that he pervades in the moment of the artwork, are very present in every his composition. Away from every formalism in his painting, with warm colours or as well in modulated contrasts among the self, the artist puts in evidence his creative singularity. In fact, in his paintings, we find mysterious enchantments, desired tenderness and joy's singings, that confirm his artistic sensibility, signs and soul's vibrations, witness of his humanity. Deep connoiseur of the chromatic scale, with great ability, it obtains in his artworks any chromatic balances of superb artistic depth and for this motive the light's harmony reigns in every composition."
