Nebula Sister 2 Painting

I've used my favourite colour combination of red, black and white. For added interest, I've also added hints of grey, and gold. The background is a strong matte black, which I have then carefully applied layers and layers of high gloss enamel paints, and some spray paint. The result is an interplay of the three major colours, with each over lapping the other. The contract between the high gloss in the foreground and the matte finish in the background is stark and interesting. Typically I sign all of my paintings, but will not sign this one until the person buying it decides on buying just one, or both Nebula Sisters. I think having both sisters side by side works better in portrait mode, while on their own; landscape is better. Painted on high qulaity Eraldo canvas with mixed media. The sides are painted and she is ready to hang.
