I am very inspired by people, events and place. My work was created during quarantine. This time gave me a lot of analysis of my life, new daily habits and new vision. This picture is a reflection of my thoughts about period and adaptations to place. This picture feels good because it is painted in nice colors. It will be a decoration for home, office or just a cozy place.

I'm an artist from Lviv, Ukraine. I am on of the 20 best artist of Ukraine by A. Kryvolap, 2016. My visual language is painting and graphics. Since childhood, I have been amazed at how you can create a whole palette of shades from the 3 primary colours. I am inspired by people, events, home and my roots. This is what I like to portray. Each picture has its own story. I try to convey emotion, mood and feelings in my work. Now, I am researching topics about home and places that give energy. I am analysing how the image of home for Ukrainians changed during the war. During the first two months of the war, I could do nothing; everything seemed meaningless, there was chaos and it was difficult to gather my thoughts. Yet, in order to get out of the crisis, I had to start doing something, so I started working on the cultural front. I analyse what people feel when they lose their home - their place of support and stability. Currently, I am actively working on finding a "place of strength", that is, a place where one can gather energy and keep moving. For many people, this place was their home. Searching for this support, I shifted my focus to childhood memories that can serve as a shelter for our inner child. This is how the series of works about the "place of strength" appeared, which mostly depicts nature and houses. Growing up in a rural village, I observed these landscapes every day. I usually work with oil and acrylic paints, I also add lines with coloured pencils, this combination shows my love of lines and strokes. After all, with the help of a line, you can convey the character and mood of even a tiny blade of grass. I like to work with graphics, namely linocut, I like the effect of manual reflection and the texture that is created. If you have any question write to me :
