About The Artwork
(call me ahab) outside my studio is a tree, and in winter at 2 am on a clear night the big dipper IS superimposed/skewered/crucified. I have been painting and drawing this for about 19 years. 100's of drawings, many paintings all sizes, media, it is my white whale. This painting IS for sale but is no longer as it appears in this image, and it will continue to evolve. I will endeavor to update photos as it goes along.
