ABOUT THE ARTWORK
One of the first paintings from the "beauty colony" series. The name of the series refers to the name of the areas in Gdańsk where people were settled in post-war times. Now these areas are falling into disrepair and being taken over by the homeless. Arson is a common occurrence, as we can see in this image.

In my art I look for non-obvious, unusual and phenomenal themes. Often abstract. Nature appears very often in my works. I am interested in the intertwining of the human world with the natural world. Especially in big cities it is very interesting. I come from such a large city. I have been associated with Gdańsk for almost two decades and here I deal with broadly understood art, such as painting, music, organizing artistic events. From the technical side, my paintings are created on black. The paints I prefer the most are tempera and oil paint.
