ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This is an original acrylic painting on a thick, square gallery wrapped canvas, hand painted by me, Leah Fitts, in August, 2016. This painting is currently available at DragonFire Gallery in Cannon Beach, Oregon. This original abstract painting features a modern abstract composition in earthy neutrals and black. The background is composed of many layers and textures. The colors are gray, white, brown, rust and black. The poured black paint emerges in an energetic dance, forming organic lines, drips and dots. I've neatly finished the edges of the thick canvas in black, so framing is not necessary. It is finished with two coats of varnish for protection. Hanging hardware is attached, and this painting is signed, titled and dated on the reverse.
