Original design comic book pop art. Tough woman firing her retro ray gun whilst saying to herself "Not Today!"

The large size and boldness of the comic book style and strong colours brings a sense of life and vibrancy to any room.

As with all my pieces, my aim is for as little brush mark texture on the canvas as possible.

Acrylic on canvas. This artwork will be removed from its stretcher, shipped rolled in a tube and will require professional fixing to a new 150cm x 70cm x 2cm stretcher.

Jamie is a British artist, living in Paraguay, South America. He visited the country in 2004 for just two months to brighten up a children's home with some murals and teach the kids drumming. However, he fell in love with Paraguay, moved there, got married there, and has been there ever since. He continues to brighten walls in schools, children’s homes and hospitals across the country with his art. Through his mural painting process he honed his pop art style and sells his original painted canvases across the world through SaatchiArt. He is also a vector illustrator and is approaching 100,000 illustration sales worldwide. His aim with his paintings is to recreate the perfectly sharp lines of his vectors on painted canvas, and like his mural painting, to brighten any wall with some happy imagery and a big splash of colour.
