A regular woodland walk through Oakers Wood with my Spotty dog reveals a hidden scene of striking colours, field after field with uniformed lines. The trees that frame the painting feel like people with arms outstretched towards the sky. Ready to hang linen canvas.

I am a London born artist that has grown up living in the Dorset countryside. From an early age I have painted, experimenting with pencils, water colours and ink. I would sketch and paint nature, scenes of the countryside, coastline and trees. Work took me to the island of Lanzarote, where I lived for a while this is where my artwork became more abstracted. Abstract art and impressionistic scenes are now what I enjoy painting with lines, form and texture.
