If you live in the suburbs, as I do, and have a wooded area nearby, you might chance upon a few deer, once in a while. They would rarely hold still for long enough to strike a pose in the perfect spot or in the ideal light, but once in a while, I get lucky. Reproducing it as a watercolor was an impulsive choice. The beauty of the unfolding scenery was just too breathtaking to behold. This is an original watercolor painting on Arches 140lb cold press paper. It comes signed at the front bottom corner.
