Born in Baku, made an aliya to Israel while pursuing art as a hobby. The artist Swetlana Zakharyan Orah is painter, illustrator, writer and speaker. Self-taught, she begins developing new techniques of painting on canvas that aim to consolidate its experience in oil painting, in an attempt to create art with emotional depth and movement. Orah art being made in a free and intuitive way. Orah’s 2013 – 2019 calendar includes a solo exhibition in Armenia and Israel, and group exhibitions in Herzliya, Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. Saatchi Gallery member since 2012.
