About The Artwork
Indian Motorcycle Company produced a large number of motorcycles (primarily used by couriers) for the U.S. during World War II. This version came complete with the "Tommy Gun" holster mount. I created this piece in acrylics on canvas in a manner which conveys a bit of emotion. The ghost of an old Indian chief looks on which captures the spirit of the namesake of this proud manufacturer. Acrylic on canvas 20" x 24" x 1.5" gallery wrap with painted edges (no need to frame).
