Out of the Blue Painting

This painting was done at my recent Baltic Sea scholarship. I lived close to a lagoon (Haff) with hundreds of swans living there and every evening they flew over me and were very close. This painting is about the atmosphere there, heavy clouds and the light shining through, forms and shades in a peaceful atmosphere. These colors are beautiful to me and show the wonderful light effects that watercolors can produce... I hope it will help you dream away and find some peace when watching it..... 40x40 cm on rough professional watercolor paper, W&N Watercolors used. The painting will come unframed with 50x50 signed and titled mat, also signed on the back. Will be ready to be put in any standard 50x50 frame. ATTENTION: I show some framing options just to give you an idea what the painting could look like framed. A white, silver, golden or grey frame would look great, the best will be to take it to the framers and discuss the size of mat and frame. If you need any advice on this, feel free to contact me!
