Out of the Sea of Brahmin Painting

There is an ancient myth in India called the Sea of Brahmin. Once, the universe was all contained in the vast sea of Brahmin. Water stretched out in every direction and beneath the sea were flashes of lightning. One day a splashing wave threw a droplet up over the ocean and for an instant that droplet perceived all of Brahmin, "Wow!" The droplet gasped and then the droplet looked around, "Who said wow?" The droplet was no longer one with Brahmin, the droplet had become separate. The ancient Indian Yogi's teach that we are the droplet. We come from a vast oneness. Here is a bear, just up from the sea of Brahmin, her legs are still mingling with the water. She's a reminder to be still, to be deep, to feel our oneness. All my paintings are on stretcher bars of solid pine with unobtrusive, wooden frames. They come packed in a sturdy crate, ready to hang on your wall.
