(Moving sale) I created this beautiful art using acrylic paints. I used primer, titanium white, black, yellow, blue, pink and green. I mixed the colors to alter the brightness and darkness of the painting. I sealed the painting as well. I've used paint brushes, palette knives and my fingers. I attached the hooks and wire on the back of the painting so, the painting is ready to hang. The edges are painted white. The picture frame I posted is not included with the painting. For viewing purpose only.

I am a self-taught artist and still consider myself a student as I still have a lot to learn about abstract art. I initiated my paintings in 2017 by using my weekends to paint. Before painting I was really into my DIY home projects. I have refurnished antique furniture, kitchen cabinets doors, kitchen countertop and painted my house inside and out. I have plastered my own sheetrock walls and among other missions I've completed I have used a saw cutter, jig saw, table saw and drills. I’ve decided to use what I have learned from my DIY projects and put towards my art. I have learned from other artist whom were so generous to share their experiences and education on videos. I continue to view these videos from artist around the world which includes Alberto Burri, Robert Burridge and Nicholas Wilton. I purchased a few books that indulged in my learning experience as well. Some includes ‘Movements in Modern Art’ by Debra Bricker Balken, ‘Abstract Art’ by Anna Moszynska and the ‘Acrylic Artist’s Bible’ from Marylin Scott. I enjoy the energies I put towards my paintings. My energies can originate from how my evenings are spent, ideas I just thought about or music I listen to which includes, Hillsong Worship, Enya, or beautiful voices songs I can find on YouTube. My paintings have become a pleasant journey and It’s been a learning experience for me. The experience with working with acrylic, markers, tissue, ripped up canvas, fabric and other goodies I incorporate into my art has given me quite enjoyment. You will find plaster and compound tape on some of my paintings as it’s a custom for me to used. No matter how much I try to put my plaster knife away it always ends up back into my art supplies. At the beginning of my journey, I started giving my paintings away to whomever would say to me, “Oh wow, that’s a beautiful painting”! Then recently started selling my paintings to local friends, their friends and acquaintances. I now decided to sell my paintings with Saatchi Art in hoping you too will enjoy my paintings as others have, including myself. The prices of my paintings will futurate through the months. I will set a standard price then will drop the prices for some of the paintings until I change the price up again. It's my way of giving everyone a great price from time to time. Also, some of my paintings are priced very low as these were painted in prior years or I just need the extra room for my new paintings.
