ABOUT THE ARTWORK

*** The composition is simple: a mass of warm and deep colors unfolds in the lower third, its hues degrade in the center by mixing with the aqueous, blue and green iridescence, which tint in a very fine pictorial layer the top of the canvas. Coming to upset this dialogue (hot / cold, dense colors / diluted colors), a spot of bright blue, dazzling, textured with the visible traces of a determined brush, parasitizes and attracts to itself the vision of this otherwise binary chromatic space. It is placed where the eyes usually land last, following a diagonal from the upper left corner to the lower right corner. It is the very color, localized and clear, which creates a gene in the instinctive reading of the composition. But this visual imbalance is deliberate, and the blue spot harmonizes in the eye with its chromatic opposite: warm ocher, which borders it and develops in parallel in the dark red. It is, in this pictorial universe with blurred outlines, with mixed nuances, the clear and assertive touch that brings a joyful rigidity to this painting all in flexibility and fluidity. Not wanting to choose a title that would orient the perception towards a figurative motif or any other formalist connection, the artist chooses to remain faithful to the color which alone articulates her entire painting: phthalocyanine blue, so luminous, that she uses pure. "Phtalo" thus praises this intense blue, symbol here of the presence of the conscious artistic gesture within a magma of colors free to spread and blend all around. SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Delivery Time:

Typically 5-7 business days for domestic shipments, 10-14 business days for international shipments.

Art is emotion, from mine to yours - if I succeed in the intensity of my expression. I try to explore, more than to have patterns, so each piece is truly its whole world. I am driven by plastic principles and construction ideas that I want to dig, such as warm/cold contrasts, depht/flat, textures conflicts, multiple points of view... I start with an idea, but the painting evolves itself and reveals afterwards what I had inside but was confuse to my mind. That's art power!
