This concept associates hedonism with the frailty of physical life and corruption. The ascesa here is renunciation of transient pleasures for something truly permanent, we talk about the spirit. Such unity of these poler opposites neutralizes each other, leading to their mutual destruction, brings them to naught, unleashing hidden content of the elements' nature. As a result we have something really new and integral. Obliterating the system of labels and illusory husk that has been hiding the true nature of fundamental principles for centuries, you can get a chance to travel through space and time.
