About The Artwork
The Pompeian Graffiti series is an effort to create ancient walls, with a variety of marks. There are layers of marks with layers of acrylic mediums in an effort to create a look of depth and history. The painting surface is quite smooth, with layers of acrylic mediums applied for smoothness and hardness, followed by glossy varnish. The painting is on a baltic birch panel, with clean clear coated birch edges. Framing hardware in included. No frame is necessary.
