Art Description

Painting: Acrylic, Gesso on Canvas.

For the native tribes of North America, the deer was a messenger and a symbol of intuition.

One day I was walking in Richmond Park in London and I spotted a deer in the distance, resting in the grass. I had to be really quiet, to go a little bit closer. It was such a peaceful scene and silent moment. Everything slowed down and I enjoyed stepping into that mystical scene.

Richmond park is surrounded by residential areas. The mixture of squares, geometric forms and organic lines on my painting reflects the connection between civilisation and nature.

This art work consists of 3 panels. It has just received a beautiful wooden custom made floater frame. It is ready to hang.
