Quince and one and a half pumpkins Painting

I am from Dubna, a small picturesque town located on the banks of the river Volga in the Moscow region of Russia. My art reflects love for nature of the places where I come from. From the early childhood I have been passionate about art. As a young child I attended the art classes and when I started school, I joined the children's art school. Later, more than five years of my life have been dedicated to icon painting, when I created new icons and restored the old ones. In my adulthood, I attended Moscow State Stroganov Academy of Industrial and Applied Arts. Nowadays I find my passion in oil painting, mostly depicting the landscapes of the nature of my region. At the same time, I am interested in sanguine, pastel and charcoal portrait painting. My interest in human behavioural psychology has been one of the main factors for my passion of portrait drawing. I mostly follow the tradition of realism in my art. Since 2015 I have participated in various local exhibitions. My works have been acquired for the private collections in Russia and abroad.
