ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I love Roy Lichtenstein and have successfully referenced part of his works in my paintings numerous time. Here is Roy spraying on Roberts Sculpture a Yayoi pumpkin... This is a new series called "ROY loves..." and it always has a female sprayer with a can featured in it. An art form I call "RETRO POP". This is a multi-paneled work in acrylics on canvas board and on Lucite in the front. The painting is framed in a black deep shadowbox frame. That gives it the 3 D effect. Signed in the back and tagged "DE" in the front. Thanks for looking and ENJOY
