About The Artwork
I am living and working in a remodel of a 50's ranch style house. The painting was inspired by the demolition and construction I live with now. I also started using a gold oil paint and a wonderful gold pan pastel. Always a fan of black ink and heavy watercolor paper, this painting began with those ink marks. Artwork is matted with white mat 16"x20". Will fit standard frame. Actual artwork is 11"x14".

Growing up as a fourth generation Californian native I have been surrounded by the ocean and the desert. Those lasting visuals, textures and landscapes find their way to all my art. I had my first one woman show in high school. In college I was in shows that featured sculpture and painting. After graduating I worked in fashion, set design and gallery direction. I have curated pop up art spaces in Santa Monica and a gallery in Laguna Beach. I started two years ago to paint for myself and found an online audience. I was featured in September 13 collection.
