ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I had been working with an art publisher for almost 20 years when COVID lockdown happened and the business suddenly stopped. There was also the presidential election that happened which created a really tense atmosphere. To stay sane, I channeled my angst into painting. The bleaker life seemed, the more it made me want to make my work more fun, exciting and completely break away from the classical training. This is the last piece in the group of 5 paintings.

Her natural passion for art was guided through classical training which she applies in her California studio to create beautiful, on-trend artwork in a variety of media. She studied interior design later in Paris and New York City. She worked in the textile industry in Manhattan, where she continued her studies and artistic development.
