I am Dee Brown, a professional contemporary artist from the Netherlands creating one of kind original arcylic paintings exposing here on Saatchi Art. My paintings distingiuse themself from other paintings by using earthtone colors combined with raw used structures which gives it a warm and at the same time industrial look. Starting at a very young age, I got my first commissioned work at seventeen years of age while I was still studying at the Art & Graphic school in Rotterdam. In those days every artwork or illustration was handmade with tools such as airbrush and pencil. A publisher gave me the opportunity to create a serie of greeting cards and before I knew it there was an impressive list of customers: Hallmark, Touche Cards, Ricoh, Holland America Cruiselines, Berg Klein Advertisers, BS Holland Publishers, Sunny Cars, AV Creations and many many more. The images posted have been collected from the world wide web to serve as visual stimulus for those viewing. This imagery, except for the painting itself, is not being presented as my own, unless specifically noted. Therefore, attempts are made to locate the origin of every image presented and link to the source from which it came. Copyright still belongs to the owner/ creator of the work.
