From the beginning of mankind there is a desire to perpetuate the soul, inducing the creation of works that through the ages sensitize and give life to the liturgical text of the Mass of the Dead, which begins with "Requiem aeternam". Among many composers, Brahms, Verdi, Fauré, Dvorak, Berliotz, contributed. But it is Mozart's Requiem, which Beethoven, Chopin, Haydn, kings and emperors chose for the rest of the soul in their funeral ceremonies. "Requiem aeternam dona eis, Domine, et lux perpetua luceat eis. " Give them, O Lord, eternal rest, let them shine for everlasting light.
