About The Artwork
I have lived in Southern California for about 15 years, but Alabama will always be my home. This is my lovelong to Alabama, which I think is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. The soil is rocky and hard, full of red clay; the rivers are clear and gorgeous and the trees are tall and there is shade everywhere. There is an almost jungle feel to the way things grow in the woods. I love the sounds of the woods at night and there is nothing that smells better than the clean fresh air of Alabama.
