This work was created in the first days of January 2021. It's a combination of painting and fabric collage. I used turquoise, gold, white, rosé, some yellow, transparent ultramarine and the complexities of transparent colored fabrics that let the structures of the underlying painting shimmer through. My motivation was a hint of spring, days that were getting longer again. Ease and light. Please also note the detailed pictures The sides of the stretcher are also painted and there is a professionally recessed eyelet on the back so that the work can be hung up immediately.
