ABOUT THE ARTWORK
My artwork SUMMER PALE PEACHES pays homage to the invigorating energy of summer, captured in abstracted peaches thriving in the tree. Inspired by the vibrant color palette and organic shape of the fruits, I use haptic points to give the work a tactile depth that invites the viewer to experience summer with all their senses.

After my apprenticeship as a tailor, I graduated from the Deutsche Meisterschule für Mode, Munich, in the department of fashion and graphic design. Since then I have been working as a book designer, illustrator, textile graphic artist and artist in Munich. My art is created in my shop atelier in Munich, which also serves as a gallery. I share it with the wonderful Chinese artist Yani Wang, who exhibited and painted live all over the world as a child prodigy in the 80s. She inspired me to paint large pictures and is a driving force for my work.
