About The Artwork
The African sable antelope is such a beautiful antelope with massive horns. I am drawn to the quiet beauty of antelope species which don't garner as much attention as more iconic African species, like elephants and lions. I also love the curve of the sable antelope's horns and just how massive they are. These species are in decline with the giant sable antelope now classified as critically endangered and on the IUCN Red List.
