In the course of my wanderings, I encountered a creature most intriguing – the axolotl. Its appearance is unlike any I've witnessed before, with external gills resembling delicate feathers that lend it an otherworldly air. Whispers among locals spoke of the axolotl as an omen, an indicator of imminent marvels. It's akin to a harbinger of good fortune, as though destiny itself gently ushers one towards promising paths upon its sighting. Of all its wonders, the creature's gift of restoration struck me most profoundly. Despite grievous injuries, it mends itself, emerging from adversity as if touched by unseen magic. This phenomenon mirrors our own resilience, a silent reminder of our capacity to mend even in the face of life's trials. While its aquatic domain is where it thrives, the axolotl occasionally ventures onto the land, leaving traces of its essence as if a token to both water and earth. Such moments blur boundaries, revealing a connection between elements that is both enigmatic and profound. This creature, this guardian of forthcoming wonders, beckons us to embrace the interplay of the ordinary and the mystical. In its being, I find echoes of the tales told around campfires and the ancient allure of mysteries waiting to unfurl.

TAMTHE, a collaborative fusion of Tamara Cvetkovic (Nis, Serbia, 1991) and Theo DGC Rhodius (Tuscon, Arizona, 1987), emerges as a multimedia powerhouse nestled in Colorado's Rocky Mountains. We explore diverse artistic realms fueled by an unquenchable thirst for knowledge. Our creative journey, born from friendship and now intertwined as spouses, manifests in a continuous cycle of imaginative expression through art. We wield art as a catalyst for boundless creation, breathing life into analog, digital, fictional, and conceptual worlds. Our mission is to forge a lasting legacy, immersing ourselves in a life devoted to our profound passion. We have started our collaborative art career with acrylic paintings that have morphed in time to be bigger and more complex. In our artistic realm as Tamthe, we dive deep into the lively mix of acrylic paint and markers, creating a canvas that's practically a love story scrapbook. Imagine vibrant colors that aren't just colors but reflections of our passion and the ideas bubbling up inside us. Acrylics team up with epoxy which gives our paintings even more vibrant colors and glass looking finish, also protects them on a higher level. Now, here's the intriguing part. Our paintings aren't merely pretty aesthetics, they're like a coded language, a visual diary telling tales of our lives. There are little secrets hidden within the intricacies, like a coded diary of what’s going on in our lives. Look closely, and you might pick up on the emotions and stories we're weaving in.
